Erica Hellman, MA, CRC, RMHCI
Erica earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and her Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. Erica specializes in Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Domestic Violence and Mental Health Disorders. Erica has also had training for Veterans with PTSD and Psychotic Disorders. Her skills include psychoeducation, Mindfulness, 12-Step process, Spirituality, Behavior Modification, CBT and DBT skills.
