EXTENDED CARE/TRANSITIONAL LIVING

Treatment at this level of care may be recommended for patients completing the primary in- patient program. Individuals referred to a transitional living program continue to need the structure and support to maintain their recovery. The length of stay varies from 2-3 months or longer depending on the individualized treatment plan.
