Our Intensive Outpatient Program is a highly accelerated outpatient program that involves a multi-disciplinary team consisting of a psychiatrist, therapist, family counseling, nutritionist, nurse and art or expressive therapist providing group therapy and treatment in a group setting.

This program is for the individual struggling with an eating disorder that is not making any progress on an individual outpatient basis or just needs help and does not know where to turn.

Our program involves three hour sessions runing three evenings per week for a minimum of 6 weeks. 
The duration of the program could be longer or transition into a residential treatment program, depending on the severity of the eating disorder.

The Fairwinds IOP treats along the full eating disorder spectrum which includes:

• Anorexia
• Bulimia
• Binge eating disorders
• Over exercisers
• Athletes with eating disorders
• Over-weight/obesity issues
