Dr. Walid Aziz is a psychiatrist at Fairwinds Treatment Center helping patients recover from addictions and associated mental health disorders so they can lead a healthy, happy lives.

Dr. Aziz completed his residency at Howard University in Washington D.C. and his fellowship in addiction at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. Dr. Aziz is board certified in general psychiatry. He also published research articles on various topics such as Dual diagnoses, Ketamine treatment, and the use of herbal antidepressants.

Honors and awards include Chief-Resident, Psychiatry; Howard University, the Resident Travel Award from the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and an Early Career Investigator Award at the World Congress of Psychiatric Genetics.
