Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Clearwater is known for white sandy beaches and a wide range of activities.  Clearwater is 30 minutes west of Tampa and is easily accessible on Highway 60.  Highway 60 intersects with Alternate 19 (also known as Ft. Harrison Road).  Turn left and Fairwinds is ahead 1.5 miles on the left.
